But we are much more than just a landlord. We strive to create a dynamic environment where small businesses can thrive. We work to provide a supportive retail community where cost sharing and a cooperative approach helps each of our tenants sustain and grow their business.
Local Talent Incubation
Our model allows us to engage with numerous small businesses and provide them with opportunities to connect directly with customers, grow their business in a supportive, cooperative environment and eventually ‘graduate’ to their own brick and mortar space. Supporting and strengthening the local business sector helps our village grow in a sustainable way. This is our ultimate goal.

We collaborate with community groups, local non-profits, and our Village to support this vision. We also aim to provide a safe space where community members can feel comfortable to just BE.
Creation and Promotion of Arts & Culture
CUB offers a wide variety of artistic programming and entertainment including live music, markets, gatherings, workshops and more to support local artisans, makers, musicians, while adding to our community’s cultural diversity and supporting our own leasees by generating foot traffic and good will in the community.

This can include add-ons like high-speed internet, shared utilities, and Triple Net (NNN) services. By offering bundled services, we simplify the leasing process for tenants and reduce overhead costs.
